1. COPYRIGHT. This software is owned by Joseph Heimiller

and is protected by United States copyright laws and

international treaty provisions.
2. DISTRIBUTION. You are free to distribute Note Attack

in an unaltered form.

You are specifically prohibited from altering any part of

the Note Attack program (including documentation and files

that Note Attack uses) and/or redistributing any part of Note

Attack in an altered form.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble

Note Attack.
3. LIABILITY. Users of Note Attack must accept this disclaimer

of warranty:
The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,

including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability

and of fitness for any purpose. In no event shall the author be

liable for any damages whatsoever (including loss of data and

direct, consequential or incidental damages) which may result

from the use of Note Attack.
